Blue Skies

Friendship can be a strange thing sometimes.

For some people, it's merely a label which tags the length of time they've known each other. For others, an unexplainable bond.

Today, I got to see a strange mixture of both.

Two long-time friends at work, managers in their own right, had a misunderstanding. Now one has tendered her resignation and the other is trying to win her back. Their relationship obviously ruined by a lie which was inadvertently said.

And still they call each other friends.

People can be so strange sometimes.
